 Weather

  • Continued unsettled weather – Sunday brighter then into more unsettled pattern

EA Update

  • Leading on comms – link into Bronze Cells
  • No comms group formally stood up – Partners to re-tweet or re-“X”

Environment Agency

  • Barriers all in situ at SSN / SSS – no internal flooding
  • Significant head levels upstream so prolonged drawdown
  • Forecast levels for Bewdley 4.3 – 4.8 Monday PM – Water expected at Beales / Severnside South barriers
  • Numerous flood warnings across the district:
  • Bewdley – Both sides at bridge location
  • Stourport – Riverside / Sandy Lane area / River Stour Wilden area
  • Kidderminster – River Stour

Highways

  • Bewdley bridge open
  • Severnside South can be opened
  • Switchback open
  • No other issues at Bewdley

 Police / WMLRF

  • Bronze Cell operating in Bewdley – Improved situation and initial focus now on Beales Corner / Wolverley / Stourport caravan sites
  • Recovery – Set up Joint Coordinating Recovery Group – Take place early next week
  • TCG – Sunday 11:00hrs
