  • Rapid rise in river levels – pause in Phase 1 (SSN) this has now been completed
  • Properties at risk (4) have been protected by EA teams with sandbags and no issues
  • Phase 2 – ready for deployment
  • Severn still rising
  • Forecast levels for Bewdley 4.3 – 4.8 Sunday PM
  • Beales Corner defence will not be deployed – Properties at risk however EA have been working closely with these residents – Property level flood defence in operation

Highways

  • Roads closed by flash flooding are now open – some issues with those affected by rivers
  • A451 Dunley (Severn Trent Works) road closure

 Police

  • Bronze Cell operating in Bewdley – Full list of vulnerable properties and door knocking will commence tomorrow
  • Tasking meeting at 08:00 – Liaise with CVAC
  • TCG – Saturday 11:00am / Sunday am
