(Footpath BW-543 Bewdley) (Temporary Closure Order) 2023
Order made: to close Footpath BW-543 Bewdley between its junction with the B4190 at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference 378788, 275456 and OSGR 378823, 275523.
The Order has been made to facilitate flood defence construction work.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: From OSGR 378788, 275456 Beales Corner, BW-546, BW 545 The Nunneries, BW-543 Pleasant Harbour to OSGR 378823, 275523 and vice versa.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 4 September 2023.
