NOTICE OF THE CLOSURE OF LINK FOOTPATH F10638 (ALONGSIDE NO. 112) U10202 RICHMOND ROAD, BEWDLEY, (“THE HIGHWAY”)

Reason for restriction: Urgent footpath repairs.

 

There is a need to close the highway in the following terms:-

 

  1. The effect of this Notice is that no person shall proceed along that part of Link Footpath F10638 (alongside No. 112) U10202 Richmond Road, from its junction with U10202 Richmond Road for a distance of 85 metres east.

 

  1. This provision shall continue in force for a maximum of 5 days, however, it is anticipated that it will remain in force for 3 days commencing 14 June 2023.

 

  1. Alternative routes: – U10202 Richmond Road, U10213 Yew Tree Lane, U10215 The Lakes Road, B4190 Cleobury Road, B4190 Winbrook, B4190 Welch Gate and vice versa.

Nothing in this Notice shall prevent at any time access for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to the highway, or to any other premises accessible for pedestrians from and only from the highway.
