King’s Coronation Event – Sunday 7 May 2023
Bewdley Town Council is thrilled to be organising and sponsoring a Kings Coronation event on Sunday the 7th May.
We have a day packed with fun for all of the family and will be holding this celebration at Riverside North Park in Bewdley from 11am – 6pm.
We have plenty for you to be involved with on the run up to the event as well as the event itself.
Three weeks prior to the Coronation on Monday the 17th April and running for four weeks we invite you to take part in ‘The Kings Wardrobe’ a family fun Virtual Trail in the town centre itself. The free Trail allows families to open a browser – no need to download any apps! Please see the poster for the full details.
We would also like to involve any club, school, nursery, family or business to get creative and help us make ‘Bewdley Big Bunting’ to decorate the Park, maybe even the Town! The Town Council, from its office in Load Street will supply the bunting pennant, just email us at deputy@bewdleytowncouncil.org / admin@bewdleytowncouncil.org or accounts@bewdleytowncouncil.org. Alternatively call 01299 400157 to arrange collection and get creative – the best three pennants will receive a prize!
