Big conversation – Police response to crime

Following PCC John Campion’s Big Conversation with the Temporary Chief Constable of West Mercia Police, Alex Murray, each section of the 90-minute discussion will take a focus in a brand-new series over the coming weeks. 

In this week’s clip, PCC John Campion focuses on the force’s response to crime across West Mercia. 

During the Big Conversation, Temporary Chief Constable Alex Murray explained: “We spend a long time looking at all the crime which has been reported and saying, ‘Have we done an appropriate investigation here?’ A huge amount of work takes place and there is huge change ahead to continue improving.”
