New Mayor of Bewdley, Cllr Rod Stanczyszyn
At the Annual Town Council meeting on the 4th May 2022, Bewdley elected their new Mayor, Councillor Rod Stanczyszyn who will be supported by his wife Lynn as Mayoress. Councillor Sarah Billett was elected as Deputy Mayor for the coming year.
In is role as Mayor, Councillor Stanczyszyn will represent the town at a wide range of functions across the region, including charity, community and formal events.
The Mayor has chosen to support three charities; Wyre Forest Guide Dogs, Severn Area Rescue and Simply Limitless.
The newly elected mayor said:
“I am delighted to be elected as the Mayor of Bewdley and I am looking forward to representing my beautiful town and its communities with great pride.”
