Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)

(U10500 Lax Lane, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) and The County of Hereford and Worcester (Severnside South, Bewdley) Various Orders 1990 Temporary Suspension (Part) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U10500 Lax Lane from its junction with B4194 High Street to its junction with U10500 Severn Side South and temporarily suspend  The County of Hereford and Worcester (Severnside South, Bewdley) Various Orders 1990 ( part ) for the duration of the order to facilitate two-way traffic access.
Reason: Replace/Renew Manhole Cover by Telent

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4194 High Street, B4190 Load Street, U10500 Severn Side South and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months from 3 October 2022. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing 8 October 2022
