PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(U10227 Dog Lane, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) and The Count of Hereford and Worcester (Severnside North) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1991 (Temporary Suspension) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U10227 Dog Lane from its junction with B4194 Dowles Road to its junction with U10227 Severn Side north and temporarily suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (Severnside North) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1991 for the duration of the Order to facilitate two-way traffic

Reason: New/replacement electricity cable by Western Power Distribution

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: Rescinding One Way order on Severnside North betweeen 18:00 and 06:00 each day to provide access and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months.  Anticipated duration: 8 nights (18:00-06:00) Commencing: 5 September 2022
