NOTICE OF THE CLOSURE OF U10201 HOP POLE LANE, BEWDLEY, WORCESTERSHIRE (“THE HIGHWAY”)
Reason for restriction: Water leak/Burst main. There is a likelihood of danger to the public or of serious damage to the road. There is a need to close the highway in the following terms:-
- The effect of this Notice is that no vehicle shall proceed along that part of the highway from its junction with U10202 Dry Mill Lane to its junction with U10200 Tanners Hill.
- This provision shall continue in force for a maximum of 21 days, however, it is anticipated that it will remain in force for 5 days commencing 12 August 2022.
- Alternative routes: U10202 Dry Mill Lane, U10215 The Lakes Road, U10213 Yew Tree Lane, B4190 Cleobury Road and vice versa.
Nothing in this Notice shall prevent at any time access for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to the highway, or to any other premises accessible for pedestrians from and only from the highway.
